From playing competitive sports to generally chucking around barbells in the gym, I’ve always been a huge fan of physical exercise. And in the recent years of my ever evolving ‘adult’ working life, health & fitness has become my escape. The regular ‘go to’ for me to relax, reflect, and often find out what kind of person I am and want to be.

With a degree in Philosophy, I find myself thinking, a lot. I’m always in search of answers – trying to connect the dots like any good Philosopher…!

It came to a point where I realised that ‘health’ is more than just about exercising regularly and eating the right foods. Whilst these elements are extremely important, there is so much more to the concept. Health & fitness is a mental discipline as it is physical. It’s about connecting the mind and body together to fulfill your true potential, and live a better life.

As a result, this blog aims to provide some capacity of how i feel health & fitness as a package can be a great basis that forms our lives, from a mental and physical viewpoint.

In today’s sedentary lifestyle, it is time to start seeing health as a resource of your everyday life, rather than a chore. It’s not just about being free from disease, it is about achieving a state of complete mental and physical well being.
